The United Nations Goal # 5 targets gender equality and the women economic empowerment to lift them out of extreme poverty which often lead to violence, exploitation and trafficking.
2.2 million of Filipino women had to leave their children
in order to work abroad,
and this number is increasing
14% of the 2.3 billion children,
approximately 320 million,
depend on the income of
their single mother.
There are 11.5 million domestic workers in the world who have to leave their families, mostly women.
Create community enterprises aimed at women's empowerment.
Reduce extreme poverty of women with dependent children.
Schooling the children of these women in need.
